After the tramcar holded taken on a couple of more riders, the circuit got underway, and the driver started to point the historical vehicle through Shamokin streets. With the cord for the bell swinging rhythmically up forepart, the tramcar doed its mode firstly through the creekside community of key Shamokin, locomoting downwardly Arch Street, afterward 1st, and finally back to Arch. A couple of of the locations cited by the circuit usher included the site of the Sanitary Milk Company, Reed 's Icecream Parlour, and, in Coal Town, the former Arch Street Shamokin & Edgewood Electric Railroad carbarn ( now Catawese Manager Lines garage ).

As the tramcar continued into Coal Town, one of the halts was the former site of the Eagle Silk Mill-the original manufactory, constructed 1909-where now one of the numerous older lodging highrises in town is located. On Lynn Street, the circuit usher showed out Oak Gardens, the little lodging development that was once the site of the Kulp abode, Oaklawn.

From the car park presented supra, the streetcar turned and headed back into Shamokin, clangoring the bell in the old style as it returned to Marketplace Street.
Overall, the tram circuits bestowed unparalleled ambiance and nostalgia to the Heritage Festival. A thirty-minute trip back in clip on a method of transit once common in Shamokin, it was an experience that was enlightening, memorable, and an irreplacable component of the festival action.
